I built PostTrotters because I wanted to create a small corner of the internet that encourages people to spend a little less time online and a little more time in the real world.

Life moves fast, and it's easy to spend our days scrolling from one thing to the next. Writing a postcard is different. It asks you to slow down, notice where you are, and share a genuine moment with another person. It's a simple act of mindfulness that can create a meaningful connection across the world.

The name PostTrotters comes from two things I enjoy: postcards and hiking. Some of my favorite moments happen on a trail, away from screens, where I can appreciate nature and be fully present. That same spirit is what I hope this community embraces.

Whether you love traveling the world, exploring your own hometown, hiking a quiet trail, or simply enjoy putting pen to paper, I hope PostTrotters becomes a place where people connect through thoughtful postcards and shared curiosity.

There are many wonderful postcard communities out there, and I'm truly grateful you've found your way to PostTrotters.

Thanks for being part of the journey.
