In order to facilitate postcard exchanges, we collect and process your postal address.

By using PostTrotters, you explicitly consent to your postal address being shared with other randomly selected PostTrotters members for the sole purpose of enabling postcard exchanges. This sharing is an essential function of the Service and cannot be disabled while participating in exchanges.

Postal addresses are treated as confidential personal information. Users are required to keep any address received through the Service confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than sending a postcard through PostTrotters.

While we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including postal addresses, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or data breaches when transmitting or storing information online.

Comments you have posted may remain on the Service after your account is deleted, but will no longer be associated with your account, to the extent technically feasible..
